Sarah lives in the local area and is one of the most experienced members of the team. With over 10 years customer service experience and a degree in Social Sciences, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the Marketing Managers role. Sarah consistently applies a proactive approach to her role and always understands and respects her clients individual circumstances. In her spare time she is kept busy by her children and their activity schedules, however does enjoy an evening at the theatre followed by dinner and drinks.

Paula works alongside our maintenance team to ensure all of our rented homes are maintained to a high standard throughout. With years of experience, exceptional attention to detail and a can-do-attitude, Paula is responsible for property inspections and liaising between tenants and landlords. In her spare time Paula spends time with her young family and enjoys reading.

Paul has been a Mortgage Adviser for over 30 years in retail banking with Halifax & Barclays. He is a qualified Financial Adviser with full CeMAP accreditation. Paul now works primarily as a Mortgage and protection Broker. Paul is an expert at LTD company BTL’s and Portfolios, but his passion is having  the feeling of helping clients purchase their dream home (Especially FTB).

Outside of work, Paul is married (23rs to a very lucky lady) with two grown up children. He is proud to be Salford born and bred and for his sins is an avid Man Utd supporter. He enjoys most sports, with a particular love of Rugby league & Union. He doesn’t play anymore himself due to many injuries, but is a very vocal bystander these days! Paul still enjoys the gym and regularly pounds the streets of Swinton come rain or shine in his bright green reflective jacket, so if you see him, give him an encouraging Beep!!!
