An expert at understanding what buyers are looking for, she is determined to make your experience with us as stress-free as possible. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys spending time with her young family and is our social media marketing expert.
Hollie is one of our most experienced members of the team. Coming from a career in banking, Hollie brings a wealth of customer service experience and local knowledge. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Hollie thrives in the busy Eccles & Salford office. Hollie enjoys spending time with her dog, Lenny, a French bulldog, and shopping.
Sarah lives in the local area and is one of the most experienced members of the team. With over 10 years customer service experience and a degree in Social Sciences, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the Marketing Managers role. Sarah consistently applies a proactive approach to her role and always understands and respects her clients individual circumstances. In her spare time she is kept busy by her children and their activity schedules, however does enjoy an evening at the theatre followed by dinner and drinks.
Ryan is a conscientious professional who has a passion for property and has an excellent knowledge of the local property market. Ryan graduated from the University of Salford with a 1st in Psychology and Criminology, and brings a background in providing great customer service to the Marketing Manager role. In his spare time, he is currently renovating his own home and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Olivia is an integral part of our lettings team who always puts her landlords and tenants at the centre of everything she does. Taking pride in her pro-active approach Olivia offers all of her clients the re-assurance that any questions or issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally. Olivia say “I love to build a lasting relationship with my clients and always strive to exceed clients expectations”. In her spare time Olivia loves to go to socialize with her friends, go on holiday, to the gym and is a keen runner.
John brings many years of sales, marketing and customer service experience to the team. His focus is always on achieving a great result for his clients. Outside of work John is a keen sports fan, though its more about supporting than participating these days!

Particularly adept at handling even the most challenging sales, Taylor is a friendly and approachable person who has excellent knowledge of the areas that we cover. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys socialising with friends, eating out and spending time with her son.

Hills Lettings Assistant Manager, Kirsty takes tremendous pride in her work and always goes above and beyond for her clients, ensuring their move in process and tenancy is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. In her spare time you will find Kirsty at the gym and loves to travel and explore new places.
As a homeowner herself, Rebecca understands the sale process and is always willing to assist and provide the most stress-free process as possible. Being organised is her forte. New to the team, Rebecca has developed in her role and is excited to progress and learn new skills within Hills. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys volunteering for GirlGuiding and spending time making her house a home with her partner.
