  • No agency fee to pay! Just pay £450 for the preparation of your property’s Auction Pack (£600 for commercial properties). The Auction Pack includes Searches, Title, Contract, and property information.
  • Defined timeframes. Our timed auctions usually run for up to 30 days, with the option to accept a bid and end the auction at any time. Followed by a 56 day completion deadline after receipt of the buyer’s Reservation Fee.
  • Extremely unlikely to fall through. The winning bidder will pay a non-refundable Reservation Fee to secure the property. (3% Inc. Vat. Of the purchase price).
  • Transparent bidding ensures that the highest possible bid has been achieved.
  • Control over the selling price of your property. Set an undisclosed Reserve ensuring that your property will not sell for less than you are comfortable with.
  • Lower solicitor costs. Use our auction partner solicitors and benefit from a discounted, fixed rate.
  • Minimal disturbance. Once the Auction Pack has been created, our sales teams & Auction Coordinator will take care of everything, and our partner solicitors will liaise with the buyer and their solicitors with minimum disturbance to yourself.
