Major property portals such as Rightmove have seen record number of website visitors year on year and say January is traditionally its busiest month. Last year, Rightmove had its busiest ever Boxing Day with visits to their site up by 54% – more than double, compared to 2019.

You want to ensure the photos of your property don’t look outdated or cluttered when buyers start to browse, from Boxing Day onwards. Therefore, before putting up all your Christmas decorations and letting the festivities get in the way, arrange your photography to be done and sign off the rest of your property particulars.
Once you have approved everything, it will all be ready to launch at the start of the New Year when buyers are eager and keen to buy. With everything sorted and prepared, you can sit back and make the most of the festive period.
