As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking to offer exceptional individuals the opportunity to work in partnership with the area’s leading agent. Each successful partner will be given expert guidance on setting up your own branch/area and the opportunity to earn up to 50% of the commission on every property transaction.

To that end, we are looking for like-minded people, who can deliver world class service that delivers results well above clients expectations.

The role will involve listing and selling property in a postcode/area that you know well, with the backing and support of an award winning team who will assist in the marketing, administration, accounts, sales progression and service delivery that comes with every property transaction. Ideally, you will live in the area, have 5 years previous estate agency experience (less would be considered), most importantly in being a valuer or in a managerial role in an existing agency, and have excellent knowledge of your local property market.

As an agency we offer a full range of property related services, including sales, lettings, property management and mortgages. We also work with some of the best solicitors and have partnership agreements in place with EPC providers, surveyors, builders and removal companies that you will be able to benefit from.

For each partnership Hills guarantees the successful candidate with up to 6 months wages without obligation and a best in class 90-day guide to follow on how to launch and run a successful estate agency business, using a combination of trusted and modern methods.
