Over £16,000 raised for local charities and community projects

A major fundraising milestone has been reached as over £16,000 has been raised in support of local charities and community initiatives, marking a significant boost for causes making a real difference close to home.

The funds have been generated through Hills commitment to giving a % of every fee to charity, along with a series of community-driven activities, events, all made possible by the continued support of local residents, businesses, and volunteers. The money raised will go directly towards supporting essential services, grassroots organisations, and projects that benefit people across the community.

This achievement highlights the power of coming together with a shared purpose. At a time when many local charities are facing increasing demand and limited resources, the funds raised will help ensure vital support continues where it is needed most.

We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed, whether through donating, volunteering time, or helping to spread the word. “This is a fantastic result and a true reflection of the generosity and spirit of our community. Every contribution, big or small, has helped us reach this incredible total.”

Plans are already underway to continue fundraising efforts and build on this success, with the aim of supporting even more local causes in the months ahead.

The overwhelming response serves as a powerful reminder that when a community works together, it can create lasting, positive change.
