Sign up to receive property alerts. You’ll be notified straight away when there is a property that meets your requirements. Let us know what you are looking for, such as the location, budget and number of bedrooms.

• Sort finances and a mortgage
  

Get your finances in order so you know how much you can afford. Our friendly mortgage team will be able to advise and guide you on the costs associated with buying and help you get an agreement in principle from a lender if you need one.

• Follow us on social media
  

We’re social – we post our exciting new properties and other property related news on our social channels. Don’t miss out and follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

• Watch the property video tour
  

Found a property you are interested in? Watch the video tour to get a real feel for the property and make your decision from there.

• Book a viewing
  

Arrange a booking to see the property in person. Take a closer look and ask questions about the property and the local area.

• Be flexible
  

Avoid missing out by being as flexible as possible. Whether it be for a new property coming onto the market or the time and date you are able to view a property.

• Make sure your offer stands out
  

You might not be the only buyer interested in the property so you want to stand out. You can do this by proving you are in a position to proceed as soon as the offer has been accepted. This could be done by showing your organised finances including proof of finances if you are a cash buyer or that you have a mortgage in principle agreed. You could also have all your paperwork ready such as proof of UK residency and personal ID.

Along with your finances and paperwork, there are more ways you can show you are a strong, qualified buyer to make your offer stand out. We will guide and advise you at the offer stage.
